homework expectations

Homework will be assigned Monday through Thursday, and occasionally on Fridays.  It is the student’s responsibility to write down the assigned homework assignments in their “STUDENT PLANNER” every day.  Your parents are also required to sign your planner on a daily basis, acknowledging that they have checked your homework for that particular day.
English students are required to complete a reading log which must be turned in weekly.

All Assignments must be turned in on the dates that are due.  No late work will be accepted.  

 

Obligations

If a student is absent, it is the student’s responsibility to ask classmates what assignments were missed during the days that he/she was absent.  It is also his/her responsibility to ask the teacher for all the necessary worksheets.
